Stoner Car Care’s All Purpose Cleaner is a water-based cleaner engineered for tires, wheels, engines, plastic, vinyl, machinery, flooring, and more. This powerful, high-pH* formula removes grease, oily dirt, bugs, brake dust, and road film. We recommend a 10:1 (water: APC) ratio for general cleaning and a 5:1 ratio for cleaning difficult mechanical areas. 

*APC has a basic pH level of 10.
